Mobility and Elongation
40-minute sessions focused on expanding the range of joint mobility and muscle elongation.
Thus finding stability and freedom in the body, avoiding injuries and muscle imbalances,
helping to eliminate tensions and contractures, shortening recovery time after exercise and
improving neuromuscular processes.
Levels
They are gentle practices that seek to loosen and relax the body and mind with simple
postures of lower joint range and that require gentle forces. Ideal for those who have
difficulty sitting or being comfortable on the floor. Also for those who need a stretching
session after finishing a physical activity.
You will begin to feel freer in your body, improving posture, eliminating tension and fatigue.
Constantly exploring sensations allowing us to become aware of the parts of the body and
understand it as a unit.
It is a more dynamic and active practice with a specific challenge in each encounter where
we explore new movement possibilities.
Ideal for those who practice physical activity and/or have a medium level of mobility with
which they feel comfortable being on the ground and want to work on postures and
movements of medium joint level with new strength components.
We will delve into qualities and dynamics to expand our possibilities of exploring the world.
Ideal for those who practice physical activity or sports and/or have already gone through
some level II practices and want more challenging postures seeking stability and control in
greater ranges of active mobility.

Animal flow
Experience quadrupedal movement and learn to flow. Dynamic and fun 50 minutes practices that empower you, unlocking new levels of strength, mobility, coordination and endurance.
Levels
Animal flow needs to be started by practicing its base to correctly implement the principles
necessary to build a stable foundation that allows effective and safe progress.
Some of the components we practice are wrist strengthening, basic quadruped postures and
transitions, and cross-chain muscle work. We create simple flows and integrate some of the
names of the shape and the movement commands.
Deepening of the technique and new dynamics. New flows bring us new forms and
transitions in addition to each having a specific objective. Such as practicing resistance,
speed, coordination, memory or exploring new, more fluid or explosive movement dynamics.
The mindful use of the body creates a limitless spectrum of possibilities.
Learning new movement patterns will constantly improve your body perception making your physical possibilities more diverse and complex. This allow you to connect and explore the world that surround you in different ways and perspectives.
