Camila Antognazza

 For over a decade, I’ve been exploring, studying, and teaching movement in its many forms. My approach blends Pilates, Yoga, dance, somatic techniques like Feldenkrais and Alexander, Animal Flow, and everything I’ve learned from teaching and learning around the world.

I believe conscious movement transforms not only the body, but also the mind, our energy, and the way we relate to life. Through the body, we uncover patterns, thoughts, and emotions.

I work with respect, deep listening, and presence. Breath, attention, and movement quality are at the heart of my practice. The body holds wisdom and when we inhabit it with awareness, it guides us back home.

My classes blend technique with flow, strength with sensitivity. We start with bodyweight and always offer variations so that each person can move from where they are.

I dream of creating a holistic space surrounded by nature and simple beauty, where movement becomes a shared, genuine, and transformative experience. A place to build community, enjoy real moments – like a post-class coffee 🙂 – and support each other in a journey of awareness and wellbeing.
